Workshop mit Jugendlichen aus Afghanistan, Syrien und Österreich
Unter der Leitung des syrischen Dramatikers Mudar Alhaggi und des Schweizer Dramaturgen und Regisseurs Erik Altorfer werden 12 Jugendliche zu den Augen des DRAMATIKER|INNENFESTIVALS 2017. Sie nehmen am Festival-Programm teil, treffen und befragen Künstler*innen und geben in Form eines Festival-Blogs auf kreative Weise Einblick in ihre Erlebnisse. Im Rahmen einer Abschlussveranstaltung präsentieren sie ihre Rückschau auf das Festival. Vielleicht ist es genau die vielfältige Perspektive der nächsten Generation, die der Theaterbetrieb und unser gegenwärtiges Kritikverständnis braucht?

Workshop with young people from Afghanistan, Syria and Austria
Under the direction of Syrian dramatist Mudar Alhaggi and Swiss dramaturg and director Erik Altorfer, 12 young people will become the eyes of the 2017 Dramatists' Festival. They will attend the festival program, meet and interview artists and grant us a creative insight into their experiences in form of a festival blog. During a final event, they will present their review of the festival. Maybe it is precisely the next generation's varied perspective that the theatre and our current understanding of criticism are in need of?
